PLAYA GRANDE GOLF & OCEAN CLUB (“PLAYA GRANDE”) is committed to excellence and integrity at all levels, expecting the highest degree of ethical conduct from its employees. It has many long-standing policies and procedures to ensure that business is conducted with the highest of ethical standards, honesty and accountability.
Since PLAYA GRANDE takes this obligation seriously, various mechanisms have been created to assist and encourage employees, suppliers, vendors and other stakeholders to come forward in good faith with reports or concerns about suspected compliance issues, without fear of reprisal or retaliation.
Towards this purpose, the “Whistleblower Policy” is created which provides 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, ethics compliance Anonymous Ethics Hotline. This Anonymous Ethics Hotline accepts reports via either: (i) a phone number, (ii) email or (iii) a secure website; and assures anonymity during the report intake process when requested.

The PLAYA GRANDE Anonymous Ethics Hotline is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service. Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact the local authorities.
